Comment: It will be a pleasure for us to accept foreign young European neurologists to participate in our clinical work. The main fields we are working in are cerebrovascular diseases, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, sleep disorders, Parkinson's disease. We have EEG and a sleep laboratory, EMG-laboratory, ultra-sonography and intensive care unit.

Comment: We can accept a young foreign neurologist in the fields of neurosonology and autonomic autoregulation. One possble topic could be in 4D ultrasound; the second one - orthostatic intolerance, expecially estimation of muscle pump efficacy on cerebral autoregulation by using TCD monitoring, EMG, EEG and TMS.
